Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) (Feedstock/ Recyclable Material) Building was a 68,000 SF Pre Engineered Metal Building as a design, build, construct. The perimeter concrete stem walls, piers and pad footings were single pour, then the entire slab was poured in one continuous pour. Clear span design was 198′ with depressed areas to accept feedstock and conveyed out to processing at single interior floor elevation
Fulcrum Admin Building was a 14,000 SF Pre Engineered Metal Building as a design, build, construct, housing the engineering and operations team for Fulcrum Biofuels. The buildings include an electrical technical floor (depressed area for electrical distribution and access accessible flooring) site operations control room, laboratory, lunch/ breakroom and connected maintenance operations area.
Fulcrum Electrical Buildings project was (2) Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings that were designed as a design, build, construct with a raised first floor (6′ above grade) with pier foundation to grade to allow for electrical feeds to be accessed through open air space under the buildings. It features 8′ x 14′ large access doors and exterior stair access.
