Brandon Palmer
Senior Project Manager
Brandon Palmer is a Senior Project Manager with BLC Builders (BLC) with ten plus years of commercial and residential construction experience. He excels in collaborating with owners, architects, and construction staff to safely complete multimillion-dollar projects.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he graduated from Great Basin College (Elko) and the University of Nevada Reno with degrees in accounting and information systems. Brandon’s military, accounting, and technology background gives him a unique set of skills that aligns with the owner’s interest of getting projects done timely and on budget.
Prior to joining BLC, Brandon worked with Mark Folgner at Dennis Banks Construction as a project manager.
Brandon’s construction experience has been heavily rooted in design build projects including ground up (new construction) and facility renovation/ remodel (Tennant Improvements.) Brandon’s Pre Engineered Metal Building’s (PEMB) experience includes over 200,000 sq.ft. under roof of construction in commercial, industrial and mining settings; notably in the Tahoe Regional Industrial Center area and North Eastern Nevada mining operations. Brandon has completed 100+ unit Multifamily residential projects through concept, design, financing, and construction.
Brandon’s vast sub-contractor, supplier, and material provider contacts ensures he assembles the right team for all projects regardless of size.
Construction experience moves the project along, but Brandon’s dedication to safe working practices is always his highest priority.
