Project Profile: Sierra Nevada Specialty Care was the second building to break ground in the Mountain View West Corporate Center development, and consisted of a 12,251 SF design-build medical office space containing 27 exam rooms, two nurses stations, offices for providers, HR, directors and support staff along with a large conference and break room. Exterior improvements included a stucco exterior highlighted by metal and stained wood panel accents. The outdoor patio area on the south side of the building included pavers and a wood pergola stained to match the building wood paneling. Construction of the building included wood framing for all exterior and shear walls and metal studs for non-load bearing walls. Electric vehicle charging stations on the south side of the building service all types of EV options. This project was completed in April 2023.
