Project Profile: The Small Strides Rancharrah was the first project completed of the three new design-build facilities located in the Mountain View West Corporate Center. This 12,415 SF facility is comprised of 11 classrooms, 2 sleep rooms, an advanced motor skills area and 2 playground areas, and is capable of entertaining over 200 children from ages 0 to 5 years old. Construction consisted of full wood framing, structural steel columns and beams, decorative metal roof, two-tone stucco exterior and a wood exposure panel accent wall at the entrance. This project was completed at the end of 2022.
