Project Profile: The Washoe Education Association Exterior Remodel project boasts several notable features and specifications, including the complete replacement of the existing exterior stucco facade. This upgrade addressed all underlying sheathing and waterproofing requirements. Hot rolled steel, treated and sealed with Permalac for lasting durability was integrated into select areas over the stucco, adding a contemporary and industrial flair to the building's aesthetic. Corresponding metal planters and pavers at the entrance were also installed to enhance the overall aesthetic of the building.
