BLC Builders completed the Ticor Title Office tenant improvement with a focus on creating a modern, efficient workspace that supports daily operations and client interaction. The project included selective demolition and reconfiguration of non–load-bearing walls, along with comprehensive interior upgrades throughout the office. Enhancements featured a new executive conference room, an upgraded reception area, renovated offices, and an improved breakroom with custom cabinetry. Updated flooring, paint, and lighting were installed to deliver a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
Despite procurement delays, the project team maintained momentum through proactive planning and coordination, allowing the project to be completed ahead of schedule. This tenant improvement marks BLC Builders’ fifth project with NevDex Properties and our second completed TI at their Kietzke location, further reinforcing a strong working relationship built on communication, reliability, and consistent project delivery.
