BLC Builders is a general contractor founded in 2020 by Reno natives Mark Folgner and Kevin Tappan. The name "BLC" pays homage to our hometown roots in The Biggest Little City, Reno, Nevada. With a wealth of experience, our team has successfully completed numerous projects in the commercial and industrial sectors across the region. As a versatile general contractor, BLC Builders excels in various industries including hospitality, office and retail spaces, multifamily housing, healthcare and gaming properties.

Design Build and Design Assist

BLC Builders knows that approaching a project as a team is the best path to success. We train our employees in Design-Build and Design-Assist and offer a comprehensive turnkey project solution that includes all facets of design including Architecture, Structural Engineering, as well as Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems engineering.

Developer Builder

In collaboration with our sister company, Yetis LLC, we undertake Developer Builder projects for long-term leases, build-to-suit, and more. Leveraging our extensive banking knowledge and project funding sources, we work closely with clients to devise the best long-term solutions for their project needs.
