BLC Builders transformed a 1,250-square-foot shell space into Fritz Duda’s new regional office at the Meadowcreek Shopping Center located in South Reno. The buildout includes private offices with full-height walls, a glass-enclosed conference room, a reception area, breakroom and a restroom.
The conference room has glass partitions with a frosted finish, which gives the conference room an open feel while providing privacy for meetings. LVP, soft green accents, and light wood cabinetry bring warmth to the interior, while exposed ceilings and modern linear lighting complete the look. The final design manages to create a refined atmosphere for visitors alongside offering a practical setting and amenities for the regional team’s day-to-day work.
