BLC Builders partnered once again with NevDex Properties on the Atkins Office Tenant Improvement—our 4th project together, underscoring the strong collaboration and trust built through this ongoing relationship.
This project transformed office space with careful attention to both functionality and design. Our team successfully completed the build-out one month ahead of schedule, incorporating structural components seamlessly into new walls and coordinating with a tenant-selected data subcontractor brought on late in the project.
Challenges included relocating the electrical room to properly isolate suites and accommodating additional HVAC zoning requirements that were introduced late in construction. By working closely with NevDex and adapting quickly to changes, BLC Builders delivered a high-quality space that met tenant needs while exceeding client expectations.
