BLC Builders is proud to have won Best Industrial Tenant Improvement through our Arrow Electronics project at the NAIOP CRE awards on March 7, 2026.
The annual NAIOP CRE awards highlight the most outstanding commercial real estate projects that have transformed our local landscape and recognize exceptional individuals and teams who have made a significant impact on the industry. This is achieved through a variety of different project and industry award categories, such as industrial tenant improvement, development firm, office building, brokerage firm, and more.
The Arrow Electronics tenant improvement was a fast-tracked industrial buildout at an existing 198,000-square-foot warehouse located at the Airway Commerce Center. The project included significant electrical and lighting upgrades, high-panel power distribution, warehouse conditioning with multiple 25-ton HVAC units, dock equipment installation, racking, security systems, and office buildout. We are so proud of the work that went into the Arrow Electronics Tenant Improvement, and we are beyond thrilled to see it receive the recognition it deserves.
Additional congratulations to the owner/developer, Tolles Development, and project architect, K2 Engineering & Structural Design, for the win. This win was a collaborative effort and would not have been possible without our partnership.
This recognition means so much to our team, and we are endlessly grateful. Being among the winners of the NAIOP CRE Awards is a true testament to the dedication, professionalism, and efficiency BLC Builders brings to every project.
