This project transformed the dealership's existing men's and women's restroom core into a modern, more functional space, while the dealership remained fully operational throughout construction. Both restrooms were demolished completely, then rebuilt with new full-height wall tile, floor tile, updated plumbing fixtures, and durable laminate toilet partitions.
The renovation also increased fixture counts, adding toilets and urinals to better serve both customers and staff. Careful phasing and coordination kept daily dealership operations uninterrupted.
