The ECL Gaming Office Tenant Improvement was one of BLC Builders’ first projects at the Airway Commerce Center and marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership. Today, BLC is in preconstruction on its 9th and 10th tenant improvement projects at this location.
The project included upgrades to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire suppression, and interior finishes. Despite a one-month ceiling change order, the team maintained the overall schedule with no lost time. BLC also worked through an unforeseen water line break without delay and delivered the project with no punch list items. Strong client involvement and proactive coordination were key to the project’s success.
