Project Profile: The Starbucks and Eldorado was completed in the fall of 2017. DBC worked with Starbucks corporate teams for design and procurement of the 2,000 SF space. Construction included the demo of the former Eldorado Sports Book, kitchen mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure to tie into the Eldorado’s house kitchen on the floor below. Finishes include Ann Sacks tile, reclaimed redwood siding and metal trim work. DBC’s onsite project management team coordinated with Eldorado Resorts Inc to manage all construction deliveries and construction activities to maintain operations throughout the construction build process.
