The GForce Tenant Improvement at the Airway Commerce Center was delivered through a design-assist process that evolved from concept drawings into a fully functional facility. The project included a 15,000 SF warehouse and a 3,000 SF office build-out with a mix of office, warehouse, and testing areas.
Scope of work included flooring, paint, cabinetry, MEP upgrades, and design services. BLC accelerated the schedule to achieve an early completion date, saving the client one month of lease costs at their former location. Despite the fast-paced delivery, the project was completed through proactive coordination and focused execution.
