Project Profile: Great Basin Oral and Facial Surgery was the third and final building to break ground in the Mountain View Corporate Center. This design-build project consisted of a 10,400 SF two-story wood framed building with interior construction including wood framed shear walls, and metal stud framing for all non-load bearing walls. Exterior improvements included a stucco finish, stylized with vertical and horizontal wood paneling and metal canopies. The first floor includes an oral surgery center with six procedure rooms, three consultation rooms, sterilization area, an imaging alcove, and multiple offices. The second floor is commercial office space, with six private offices, a conference room, two staff lounges, and an open area in the center for cubicles. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were all designed for surgical office standards. Construction was completed in May 2023.
