Born in Reno Nevada, Kevin’s earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with majors in finance and economics from the University of Nevada. He began his career in commercial and corporate finance.
Prior to BLC Builders, Kevin earned a reputation as one of the top bankers in the Reno Tahoe area. His banking career started at Nevada Security Bank who was later acquired by Umpqua.
Kevin is responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Contract Review, and Investments. He manages daily and long-term accounting and the corporate banking functions and is active in the company’s business development.
Kevin oversees BLC’s investment and development projects. With over 10 years in development and asset holdings totaling over 100 million in property value, Kevin carries the torch with project entitlements and contract negotiations for purchase agreements.
Kevin is an active member on the Board of Directors of the Truckee Meadows Boys and Girls Club. He is also an active entrepreneur with investments in multiple companies in the Reno area including Brewers Cabinet, Reno Rebuild Project, Breadware and others.
