The Keystone Retail Pad “H” is intended for use by a future tenant and helps solidify the West End Commons retail center as one of Reno’s newest premier retail centers. BLC Builders was hired to complete the shell for this specific tenant who has plans to build out the suite in the coming year. The Keystone Retail Pad H shell project was a 3,120 square foot building with an abundance of natural light through expansive storefront windows. The building includes a perimeter slab foundation, which simplifies under-slab utility installations for tenants and is equipped with three rooftop HVAC units for efficient climate control. Despite the logistical challenges of a small building envelope and limited access in a high-traffic area, our team successfully delivered a streamlined adaptable shell designed to support the future retail needs of this tenant.
