Project Profile: The NVCC Building C – Office TI project converted a portion of a 98,280 square foot warehouse into a 3,240 square foot office spec. This TI added three offices, a conference room, a large breakroom, an open office/reception area and IT closet. Two dedicated restroom facilities, one for the office suite, and one for the warehouse, along with a janitor’s closet were also constructed. Framing consisted of steel stud interior walls and neutral finishes were installed. The mechanical, plumbing and electrical scopes were design-build and included two large rooftop mechanical units, exhaust fans and 800A service.
