The Performance EDU Tenant Improvement was a fast tracked, tenant directed buildout delivered at the Airway Commerce Center for Tolles Development. The project included tenant provided gym flooring, new paint, MEP upgrades, fire alarm systems, restrooms, and updated lighting.
BLC Builders worked closely with the tenant to manage evolving design changes and accelerate the schedule, helping the client avoid additional lease costs. Despite the compressed timeline and fire alarm approval challenges due to the accelerated schedule, the project was completed through focused coordination and project management.
