Project Profile: The new Purcell Tire Center facility was a design-build, fast-tracked ground up project consisting of 21,000+ SF of highly efficient and thoroughly planned tire service center on a 2.2-acre site. The concrete tilt-up construction and exterior metal canopy will support eleven (11) service stations that handle small to large and even over-sized personal, commercial, and industrial vehicles/trucks. Other design features included:

• Six (6) pass-through service bays with sixteen-foot coiling doors
• A 60′ foot in-ground service pit with recessed mounted power, compressed air, and LED Lights
• 10,000-square-feet of conditioned Warehouse storage space
• 5,000-square-feet of exterior metal canopy for oversized vehicle service
• Approx. a mile of compressed air lines and convenience power through-out
• Epoxy coated tire foam fill room and a tire balance room
