BLC Builders partnered with NevDex Properties on a two-part project that included a full office renovation for Reno Tahoe Wealth Management (RTWM) and a lobby tenant improvement.
The lobby remodel required careful coordination, as existing tenants continued to occupy and use the building throughout construction. Our team reconfigured the first floor by demising tenant spaces, creating a new hallway that connected the lobby to the back entrance, and rerouting electrical and HVAC systems to serve the updated layout.
Simultaneously, we completed a design-build renovation for RTWM, transforming an outdated office suite into a modern and efficient workspace. The new layout features seven private offices, a conference room, a break room, and a dedicated server room. High-quality finishes, custom millwork, upgraded MEP systems, and enhanced lighting design brought both comfort and a contemporary aesthetic to the space.
Despite challenges such as working under an existing ceiling grid and rerouting HVAC in tight conditions, both projects were delivered on time and to NevDex’s exacting standards.
