Project Profile: Schussboom Brewery converted the iconic South Reno Shop N’ Go into a new microbrewery, Schussboom! The brewery included the construction of 7,000sf of new space built out of PEMB construction and the rehab of a 2,500sf convenience store into the brewery, tap house and restaurant space.
