Small Strides Preschool TRIC is the second Small Strides early learning center built by BLC Builders and is located in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center off USA Parkway. Like Small Strides Preschool Rancharrah, this facility is comprised of 11 classrooms, 2 sleep rooms, an advanced motor skills area and two playground areas.
At 12,280 square feet, this building is capable of entertaining over 200 children from newborn to five years old with room for future expansion. Construction consisted of full wood framing, structural steel columns and beams, stained concrete flooring, decorative metal roof, exterior stucco and accent walls on each side of the main entrance consisting of composite wood and metal paneling.
This project was completed in April 2024, ahead of schedule and under budget.
