BLC Builders is proud to be completing this 9.125-acre RV and boat storage project, with final work expected to finish next month. The $9.5 million facility includes 13 single-story steel storage buildings, totaling 146,418 square feet and providing 365 units—offering both conditioned and non-conditioned options to meet a range of storage needs. All buildings feature durable corrugated metal wall panels and standing seam metal roofing.
The site also includes a new 2,631-square-foot two-story building with a manager’s residence and a leasing office to support the multi-structure facility.
BLC was brought in during pad development after the original contractor failed. Our team took over, stabilized the project, and successfully erected all structures in just eight months. We remain on track to deliver the project four months ahead of schedule and within the original budget—showcasing BLC’s ability to step in, solve challenges, and deliver results.
