 Eric Norcross
Superintendent

Eric brings over 16 years of experience in construction and project management to BLC Builders, backed by a diverse background in skilled trades and leadership. Before joining BLC, he spent five years as a superintendent with Toll Brothers, overseeing high-end residential projects with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Prior to that, he served as the general manager at Washoe Metal Fabricating for 11 years, handling estimating, project management, and operations. His career began in the trades, working as a certified mechanic for eight years and a welder/fabricator for five years, which gave him hands-on experience with the technical aspects of construction. This foundation in craftsmanship, combined with his management expertise, makes him a well-rounded leader in the industry.

A natural leader and teacher, Eric excels in roles that require strong decision-making and teamwork—traits he developed early on as a quarterback in football. His ability to guide teams, communicate effectively, and problem-solve under pressure translates seamlessly into his work at BLC. He prioritizes safety, quality, and relationship building, knowing that strong connections with clients, subcontractors, and team members lead to better project outcomes. His ability to juggle multiple moving parts while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset has made him a key contributor to BLC’s success.

A Nevada native, Eric has called the Reno area home since he was just one. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, making the most of Nevada’s great outdoors, hunting, fishing, cooking or gardening.

Always bringing a great attitude and a commitment to excellence, Eric continues to be a driving force in BLC’s projects and company culture.
