Favian brings over eight years of diverse construction experience to the team, including four years as a General Superintendent leading commercial projects from start to finish. His background includes time as a Project Manager for high-end residential construction and a Chief Operating Officer for a custom homebuilding partnership in Lake Tahoe. 

Favian’s career began hands-on in the field, where he built a solid foundation working across multiple trades including dirt work and heavy equipment operation, concrete, and both rough and finish carpentry. He is passionate about his career in construction, finding genuine fulfillment in the constant opportunities to learn and grow, and in the wide range of people he gets to work with every day. His well-rounded experience and enthusiasm for the industry translate into strong field leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on delivering high-quality results—making him an excellent fit for any BLC project.

​When Favian isn’t working, he enjoys recording music and spending time with his wife, son and their families – specifically attending local Northern Nevada events, Reno’s local parks, Lake Tahoe and traveling.
