Kenny Hoskin is currently BLC’s project intern, while advancing his Civil Engineering degree at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). Since joining our team in the summer of 2023, Kenny has significantly contributed to our projects with his extensive construction knowledge and hands-on experience.

Before becoming a part of BLC, Kenny honed his skills at Howe Built Construction, a general contractor based in Dayton, Nevada. Starting as a laborer, he quickly advanced to a finish carpenter in residential construction. Additionally, Kenny took on the role of project superintendent, managing the framing, plumbing, electrical and concrete crews to ensure projects stayed on schedule.

Kenny’s journey at Howe Built Construction ended when he decided to return to UNR to complete his degree. With just one semester remaining, he is eagerly anticipating graduation. During his tenure at BLC, Kenny has been instrumental in on-site operations for key projects, including The Incline Lodge, The Rivet Apartments, Little Golden Goose Preschool, and most recently the Boys and Girls Club Second Floor Addition.

Outside of work, Kenny enjoys golfing and dirt bike riding with his family during the summer months. In the winter, he loves playing in the snow with his dog.
