With over two decades of experience in the construction administration field, Michele Villegas is a seasoned professional serving as the Office Manager and Project Coordinator at BLC Builders. After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University, with a focus on communication studies and organizational communication, Michele began her career in residential land development as a Project Coordinator. It was in this role where she processed subcontractor contracts and change orders and managed the project insurance and accounting for a multi-phased master planned community in Southern California.
Michele’s career trajectory led her to the realm of commercial general construction, where she honed her skills working with companies specializing in military contracts and medical office TIs across the US. Her versatility and proficiency in the construction industry are remarkable.
Michele’s areas of expertise encompass a wide range of vital functions, including project closeouts, office management, document control, contract administration and ensuring safety and quality compliance. She also plays an instrumental role in improving internal operations and business processes, consistently driving efficiency and excellence.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Michele enjoys all four seasons Reno has to offer, and spends her time outdoors camping and paddleboarding, hiking and gardening or skiing with her family.
