​Sean is the newest BLC Builders team member and has been around construction for most of his life. He first developed an interest in building as a kid, working alongside his dad on residential projects and gaining an early appreciation for hard work and craftsmanship. Before joining BLC, Sean worked for a dirt company, where he not only learned the fundamentals of construction but also how to operate heavy equipment. That hands-on experience confirmed his passion for the construction industry and gave him a solid foundation in the field.

 What Sean enjoys most about construction is watching a project come together from start to finish and knowing he was part of the team that made it happen. He thrives in collaborative environments, where people from different backgrounds come together to solve challenges and achieve a common goal. For Sean, every project is an opportunity to learn something new, build meaningful connections, and leave behind a finished product he can be proud of.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where he majored in Biology and minored in Ecohydrology. When he’s not on a job site, Sean makes the most of Northern Nevada’s outdoor lifestyle. He’s an avid skier, dirt biker, and backpacker, and he also enjoys spending time at home with his cat and dog.
