Project Profile: The Incline Lodge project was the approximate 20,000 square foot renovation of the former Parkside Inn in Incline Village, Nevada. The project consisted of three buildings containing 38 hotel units and a stand-alone managers unit. BLC renovated three units into one to make a grand lobby area for guests to enjoy that included luxury furnishings, a coffee and breakfast bar with lounge seating and grab and go food options.
Renovations also included a full remodel of a standalone two-story managers unit, complete with new lighting, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. Updates to the existing pool area included a ledgestone façade, pool decking, redwood siding and lighting. The adjacent lounge area included built in custom banquettes and new flooring, a fry reglet inlaid ceiling and all new furniture. Built in cool-touch fireplaces located in both the lounge and lobby areas were also installed.
Exterior improvements included guard rails and deck patios, new paint and stain, and carpeted hallways. This project was completed in June 2023 in time for the summer season.
