Project Profile: This project was the conversion of 210 outdated hotel rooms located within two adjacent four-story buildings into 216 modern studio apartments. The rooms were outfitted with full kitchenettes that included stainless steel appliances, modern cabinets and granite countertops. Luxury vinyl flooring and bathrooms containing floor to ceiling luxury subway tile, a walk-in shower and stunning fixtures completed these studio apartments. The luxury flooring extended throughout the common areas, along with updated interior light fixtures and safety features. Plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm design-build upgrades throughout both buildings were also addressed. Exterior modifications included landscape elements, such as additional trees, shrubs and planter boxes around the building and parking lot, as well as siding and painting upgrades. This project was completed in September 2023.
