BLC Builders partnered with Schüssboom Brewery to expand and enhance their site with a new parking lot and supporting improvements. The project began with the demolition of a residential home located behind the brewery, followed by the safe capping, abandonment, or relocation of utilities to prepare the site for redevelopment.
Once cleared, the site was carefully graded to ensure proper water flow before new pavement was installed. Our scope also included comprehensive site concrete improvements — valley gutters, curbs, planters, and a retaining wall—all critical to achieving proper grading for the brewery’s pavilion area. Additional improvements included landscape and turf installation, a concrete pad for future use, and the addition of a new metal roof to the existing trellis structure.
The result is a functional, well-designed expansion that not only increases parking capacity but also supports the long-term growth of Schüssboom Brewery and enhances the overall guest experience.
