With a solid foundation in construction, Cody’s journey began in the Bay Area, where he swiftly climbed the ranks from lead laborer to assistant superintendent for prominent companies like the New Home Company and L&D Construction. His expertise expanded further in Reno, NV, as he assumed the role of senior construction manager for Toll Brothers, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects like Diamond Crest and Sorrento Trails. His portfolio also includes a mastery of multi-family and apartment construction.

Committed to excellence, Cody ensures projects are delivered punctually with a focus on quality and cleanliness. Armed with a welding program from community college and certifications in OSHA, CPR, and forklift operation, Cody brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every project he undertakes. Cody’s can-do attitude and willingness to do it right has helped him become on of BLC’s standout superintendents on some of our recent projects, including the Schussboom Parking Lot Expansion, The Edison Apartment Complex Repairs and Keystone Shell.

Beyond the worksite, he finds joy in family time with his wife and kids, along with outdoor pursuits like snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and mountain biking.
