Cole began his journey with BLC Builders as an intern while attending UNR working toward his civil engineering degree. After gaining hands-on experience as an intern, and after graduating in 2023, he transitioned into a Project Engineer role, where he developed a strong understanding of commercial construction processes. Now serving as a Project Manager, Cole focuses on tenant improvement (TI) projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

With a natural ability to communicate effectively, Cole fosters strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the BLC team. His keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project schedules and budgets make him an asset to every job. Whether coordinating subcontractors or problem-solving in real-time, he ensures that projects stay on track and meet the highest standards of quality.

Cole has demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt and grow within the fast-paced construction environment His commitment to continuous learning and proactive approach to challenges have made him a trusted leader on TI projects. Cole’s drive and dedication reflect BLC’s values, making him an integral part of the team.

When not working, Cole spends his free time wakeboarding, traveling, water skiing, and snow skiing.
